FOR TEENS, YOUNG ADULTS & ADULTS
Virtual Therapy
Online support for GA, SC, and FL
Virtual therapy offers a flexible, accessible way to receive support especially when getting to an office is difficult, time consuming, or overwhelming. Online sessions can be a steady place to slow down, feel understood, and work through what’s been weighing on you, all from the comfort of your own space.
I’ve worked extensively in virtual therapy environments, supporting teens and adults through online sessions as part of both individual and group based care. This background helps me create virtual sessions that feel grounded, relational, and engaging.
I currently offer virtual therapy for clients located in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida, in accordance with state licensure requirement.
The Same Support, Just a Different Setting
Virtual therapy offers the same areas of support as in-person sessions.
I provide online therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating:
Anxiety and overthinking
Body image and self-worth concerns
Eating disorder and disordered eating patterns
Perfectionism, control, and self-doubt
Whether we meet in person or virtually, therapy sessions are relational, collaborative, and paced intentionally. Sessions focus on building understanding, flexibility, and self-trust not rushing toward change or “fixing” what’s wrong.
What to Expect from Online Sessions
Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Together, we can work to:
explore what’s bringing you to therapy
notice patterns with curiosity rather than judgment
build skills that support calm, confidence, and emotional flexibility
move at a pace that feels manageable for you
Services
Here's how to get started:
Schedule a Consult Call
Start by scheduling a free 15–20 minute phone consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy and see if Kind Heart feels like the right fit.
Intake Paperwork & Forms
If we decide to move forward, we’ll book a 60-minute intake session (in person or virtual – $200). Before we meet, you’ll receive secure online forms to complete, so I can come prepared with care and clarity.
Begin Your Therapy Journey
During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your goals, and build a plan together. We’ll also set up a weekly time that works for you to begin your therapy journey with consistency and support.
