Individual therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and gently empowering. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, whether it’s anxiety, past pain, or the day-to-day overwhelm. We’ll develop practical tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. Our work isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about meaningful, steady progress that supports your emotional growth and inner resilience.

I believe that mental well-being is deeply connected to how we think, feel, move, rest, and relate to the world. That’s why I take a holistic approach by blending evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, reflection, and simple practices that nurture your full self, inside and out.

Each session is 50 minutes, and available either in person at my office in Roswell, GA or virtually through secure telehealth.

At Kind Heart, I offer individual therapy for teens who feel overwhelmed by self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, or the pressure to hold it all together. Many are navigating shifts in friendships, family dynamics, or internal changes that can feel confusing or heavy. Sessions are a safe, supportive space to explore what you're going through with warmth, understanding, and curiosity.

Because Being a Teen Isn’t Easy…

My goal is to walk alongside your child and family when times are tough. I want to help teens feel empowered so they can navigate the world more comfortably and more confidently, while knowing they can handle the ups and downs.
I’m open to incorporating your child’s interests if desired so that the therapeutic space can be a positive one that nurtures growth. In addition to building coping skills and improving self-confidence, we can practice increased distress tolerance and work through anxiety in session through various engaging interventions.

I aim to provide neurodivergent-affirming care. When working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing disorder or other neurological differences,

I provide client-centered care from a strengths-based approach. Traditional talk therapy involves processing together in person or virtually. Teens will discuss how certain behaviors are impacting their day-to-day life and relationships, gain emotional awareness, and build healthy coping skills to deal with stressors.

Creative Interventions

If your teen prefers engaging in games, LEGO, or other creative interventions, we can utilize a variety of materials during our sessions together, while also engaging in traditional talk therapy. Expressive interventions offer a creative and engaging way for adolescents to process and develop coping skills.

Group Therapy

Developing skills and processing with peers in group therapy is often a beneficial addition to individual therapy. I offer small group therapy for preteens and teens to connect with others, practice positive social interactions with peers, gain emotional support, and build confidence.
