Helping you slow down, reconnect, and feel more like yourself.

It can feel like you’re expected to be perfect, to do more, to never make mistakes, and to act like everything’s fine even when it’s not. If you’re noticing that you have stress building, that you are struggling with body image or disordered eating, or you feel trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts, it’s okay to ask for help. You’re not a failure; you are human.

Let’s work together to help you find relief, explore new ways of coping, and create a sense of balance that works for you. If you are looking for support, please feel free to reach out to set up an appointment.

Holistic Therapy for Growth and Healing

Crafting or art station desk with organized supplies, decorative items, and two blue velvet chairs in a bright room.

At Kind Heart, I offer individual therapy for adults navigating life’s pressures and transitions with identity, relationships, anxiety, disordered eating, perfectionism, and self-doubt.
Our sessions are a space to slow down, reflect, and grow with compassion, clarity, and practical support for wherever you are on your path. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build tools to help you move forward with more ease and self-trust.

  • Therapy for Adults (ages 18 and up)

    • I work with clients who may be:

      • Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or burnout

      • Struggling with body image or disordered eating patterns

      • Caught in cycles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism

      • Navigating major life transitions from college and career shifts to parenthood or personal growth

      • Seeking to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change

Because Life Can Feel Overwhelming…

A cozy living room corner with a gray armchair and a red pillow, a white side table with books, a basket of tissues, a clock, a mug, and a lamp, with a framed artwork on the wall and a window with sheer blue curtains.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or the pressure to have it all together, therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

We’ll explore what keeps you feeling stuck and work through the layers of self-doubt, perfectionism, and learned coping that may have protected you once but now make it hard to feel at ease. Together, we’ll build emotional tools that support lasting change and a deeper sense of self-trust.

I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, RO-DBT, and mindfulness through a compassionate, human lens, helping you feel more connected to yourself and your values. There aren’t quick fixes, but there are practical tools, new perspectives, and supportive guidance to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.

Individual therapy for adults at Kind Heart offers a supportive, collaborative space, in person or virtually, to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence your relationships, work, and sense of self. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you feeling anxious or overwhelmed, build awareness, and strengthen healthy coping skills.

Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, talk therapy can help you find clarity, self-understanding, and practical strategies for lasting growth.

How to get started?

Schedule a Consult Call

Start by scheduling a free 15–20 minute phone consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy and see if Kind Heart feels like the right fit.

Intake Paperwork & Forms

If we decide to move forward, we’ll book a 60-minute intake session (in person or virtual – $200). Before we meet, you’ll receive secure online forms to complete, so I can come prepared with care and clarity.

Begin Your Therapy Journey

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your goals, and build a plan together. We’ll also set up a weekly time that works for you to begin your therapy journey with consistency and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The first session is a space for us to meet, talk about what’s bringing you in, and explore what you’re hoping for in the therapy process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. It’s okay to feel unsure or nervous!

  • My standard rate for 50 minute individual sessions is $180.
The initial intake session is 60 minutes and the rate is $200.
For in-person group therapy sessions, the rate is $70 for 50 minutes and $90 for 75 minutes.

  • I believe therapy should be accessible and I reserve a small number of reduced-rate sessions for clients with financial need. These spaces are limited and intended for those who otherwise would not be able to access care. If that’s your situation, please let me know on your inquiry form, and we can explore options together.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement through your insurance company.

Before scheduling, you can contact your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.

  • Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to build connection and a strong foundation for our work together. Over time, we may decide to meet less often as you feel more grounded and confident using the skills and insights from therapy in your daily life.

  • Absolutely. When I work with clients under 18, I include parents or caregivers as part of the process in a supportive way. I believe therapy works best when teens have privacy to open up and parents feel connected to the process. We’ll find the right balance together as it looks a little different for every family.

  • Yes. I offer sessions online via a secure HIPAA compliant platform for individuals across Georgia.
