Your First Step Toward Support & Self-Understanding

Taking that first step into therapy can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. I know how much courage it takes to reach out, especially when you're feeling vulnerable or unsure. My goal is to make the process clear, calm, and supportive from the start.

Whether you're a teen navigating anxiety or body image concerns, a young adult facing pressure and burnout, or a parent seeking help for your teen, therapy with me offers you a space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s really going on underneath.

How to get started?

Schedule a Consult Call

Start by scheduling a free 15–20 minute phone consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you (or your child) to therapy and see if Kind Heart feels like the right fit.

Intake Paperwork & Forms

If we decide to move forward, we’ll book a 60-minute intake session (in person or virtual – $200). Before we meet, you’ll receive secure online forms to complete, so I can come prepared with care and clarity.

Begin Your Therapy Journey

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your goals, and build a plan together. We’ll also set up a weekly time that works for you to begin your therapy journey with consistency and support.

Location for In-Person Sessions

My office is located in a quiet, accessible office park (The Wilton Center) in Roswell, GA which is just a short drive from downtown Roswell and Canton Street. The space is designed to feel warm, calm, and welcoming.

It is wheelchair accessible, with seating and furniture that accommodate different body sizes and needs. There’s plenty of free parking available right outside the building, and restrooms are located in the same suite as my office.

Whether you’re coming from nearby or meeting virtually, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself.
