FOR PRE-TEENS, TEENS, YOUNG ADULTS
Group Therapy
Serving Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Sandy Springs, and East Cobb
Group therapy offers a supportive space to build coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges. Groups are thoughtfully structured and informed by evidence-based approaches including CBT, RO-DBT, and compassion-focused therapy. Through a combination of support, processing, and skill-building, group members learn through connection, reflection, and shared experience.
Creative and expressive activities may also be incorporated to support emotional awareness, regulation, and engagement in ways that don’t rely solely on talking.
Group therapy offerings are thoughtfully created based on interest, timing, and the needs of participants. I am currently gathering interest for upcoming groups and will be in touch as options become available.
