Group therapy offers a supportive space to build coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges. Groups are thoughtfully structured and informed by evidence-based approaches including CBT, RO-DBT, and compassion-focused therapy. Through a combination of support, processing, and skill-building, group members learn through connection, reflection, and shared experience.

Creative and expressive activities may also be incorporated to support emotional awareness, regulation, and engagement in ways that don’t rely solely on talking.

Group therapy offerings are thoughtfully created based on interest, timing, and the needs of participants. I am currently gathering interest for upcoming groups and will be in touch as options become available.

I’m currently gathering interest for a small therapy group for middle school girls who experience anxiety, self-doubt, low self-esteem or body image concerns.

This group is informed by evidence-based approaches including RO-DBT, CBT, and compassion-focused therapy. Sessions include coping skills, practical tools, and opportunities for discussion, along with creative and expressive activities to support emotional awareness and regulation. Rather than following a rigid, week-by-week curriculum, sessions are responsive to the needs of the group and focus on understanding patterns, practicing new ways of responding in real time, and building confidence through connection and support.
